Domeniile de activitate

  • Tehnologia de obţinere şi spectroscopia optică a sticlelor calcogenice, fibrelor optice, straturilor amorfe, inclusiv dopate cu impurităţi metalice şi elemente de pământuri rare, a materialelor nanocompozite din polimeri coordonaţi cu lantanide.
  • Studiul fenomenelor electrice, optice, fotoelectrice, de luminiscenţă şi fotoinduse în semiconductori necristalini şi fibre optice.
  • Studiul teoretic al dinamicii electronice şi vibraţionale în sisteme cuantice cu dimensiuni reduse (nanostructuri) şi în sisteme moleculare cuantice sub acţiunea câmpurilor externe (electrice, magnetice, radiaţiei laser de intensitate mare).
  • Elaborarea dispozitivelor fotonice şi optoelectronice (fotoelemente, medii de înregistrare, detectori de gaze, microdeformaţii, temperatură şi radiaţii IR şi ionizate).
